NetKafe is developed by an independent developer ("we", "us"). Contact:  unachakanyigit@gmail.com . 1. The short version NetKafe has no accounts, no sign-in and no chat. We do not ask for your name, email, contacts, photos or precise location. Your game progress is stored only on your device. Two third-party services process limited data so the game can work:  RevenueCat  (in-app purchases) and  Google AdMob  (ads). Ads are personalized only if you allow tracking in the iOS "Allow Tracking" prompt. You can say no and still play everything. 2.   Terms of Use NetKafe: Internet Cafe Tycoon · Effective date: September 24, 2026 Türkçe Privacy Policy These terms apply to your use of NetKafe: Internet Cafe Tycoon ("NetKafe", "the game"), developed by an independent developer ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing NetKafe you agree to these terms and to Apple's  Licensed Application End User License Agreement  (the "Apple EULA"). If these terms conflict with the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA prevails for matters it covers. 1. License We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use NetKafe on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store's usage rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute or sell the game or its content, except where the law allows it regardless of this restriction. 2. In-app purchases NetKafe offers optional one-time (non-consumable) purchases:  No Ads ,  Boss Package  and  Starter Pack ....
