Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information is handled when you play NetKafe: Internet Cafe Tycoon ("NetKafe", "the game") on iOS, and who handles it. NetKafe is developed by an independent developer ("we", "us"). Contact: unachakanyigit@gmail.com.
1. The short version
- NetKafe has no accounts, no sign-in and no chat. We do not ask for your name, email, contacts, photos or precise location.
- Your game progress is stored only on your device.
- Two third-party services process limited data so the game can work: RevenueCat (in-app purchases) and Google AdMob (ads).
- Ads are personalized only if you allow tracking in the iOS "Allow Tracking" prompt. You can say no and still play everything.
2. Data stored on your device
Your cafe, money, upgrades, era progress and settings (such as haptics) are saved locally on your iPhone. We do not upload this data to our own servers; we do not operate any. Deleting the app deletes this data.
3. In-app purchases (Apple and RevenueCat)
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment card or Apple ID details.
We use RevenueCat to validate purchases and restore them on your devices. RevenueCat receives a random, anonymous app user ID generated by the app, your purchase and transaction history for NetKafe, and basic technical data such as device model, iOS version, app version, country/storefront and IP address. This data is used only to provide and restore your purchases and is not used for advertising.
4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
NetKafe shows banner ads and optional rewarded ads (for example, doubling income for a while). Ads are served by Google AdMob. To deliver ads, measure them and prevent fraud, Google may collect:
- your IP address and the approximate location derived from it;
- device and app information (device model, iOS version, language, app version);
- ad interactions (ads shown, taps, rewarded ad completions);
- the Apple advertising identifier (IDFA), only if you choose "Allow" in the App Tracking Transparency prompt.
If you do not allow tracking, you will see non-personalized or contextual ads. You can change your choice at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you will be asked for consent through Google's consent form before personalized ads are shown, and you can change it later. Buying No Ads or the Starter Pack removes banner ads and lets you claim rewards without watching ads.
5. What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not run our own analytics or build profiles about you.
- We do not share data with anyone other than the services named above and Apple.
6. Children
NetKafe is suitable for all ages but is not specifically directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child's data has been processed, contact us and we will help, including with requests to the third parties above.
7. Legal bases and your rights
Where the GDPR, UK GDPR or Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) applies, data is processed to perform our agreement with you (providing purchases), on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and securing the game, and on the basis of your consent for personalized ads. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data, to withdraw consent and to complain to your data protection authority. Because we do not hold your data ourselves, we will forward or help with requests to RevenueCat and Google. California residents: we do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising unless you allow tracking, and you may withdraw that permission at any time as described in section 4.
8. Retention and security
On-device data stays until you delete the app. RevenueCat and Google keep data according to their own policies linked above. Data sent to these services travels over encrypted connections.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's update notes.

1. Kısaca
- NetKafe'de hesap, giriş ya da sohbet yoktur. Adınızı, e-postanızı, rehberinizi, fotoğraflarınızı ya da hassas konumunuzu istemeyiz.
- Oyun ilerlemeniz yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır.
- Oyunun çalışması için iki üçüncü taraf hizmet sınırlı veri işler: RevenueCat (uygulama içi satın almalar) ve Google AdMob (reklamlar).
- Reklamlar yalnızca iOS'un "İzleme İzni" penceresinde izin verirseniz kişiselleştirilir. İzin vermeseniz de oyunun tamamını oynayabilirsiniz.
2. Cihazınızda saklanan veriler
Kafeniz, paranız, yükseltmeleriniz, dönem ilerlemeniz ve ayarlarınız (ör. titreşim) iPhone'unuzda yerel olarak kaydedilir. Bu verileri kendi sunucularımıza yüklemeyiz; sunucumuz yoktur. Uygulamayı silmek bu verileri de siler.
3. Uygulama içi satın almalar (Apple ve RevenueCat)
Satın almalar App Store üzerinden Apple tarafından işlenir. Kart ya da Apple Kimliği bilgilerinizi hiçbir zaman görmeyiz.
Satın almaları doğrulamak ve cihazlarınızda geri yüklemek için RevenueCat kullanırız. RevenueCat'e uygulamanın ürettiği rastgele ve anonim bir kullanıcı kimliği, NetKafe'ye ait satın alma ve işlem geçmişiniz ile cihaz modeli, iOS sürümü, uygulama sürümü, ülke/mağaza ve IP adresi gibi temel teknik bilgiler gider. Bu veriler yalnızca satın almalarınızı sağlamak ve geri yüklemek için kullanılır, reklam için kullanılmaz.
4. Reklamlar (Google AdMob)
NetKafe banner reklamlar ve isteğe bağlı ödüllü reklamlar (ör. bir süreliğine gelirin iki katına çıkması) gösterir. Reklamlar Google AdMob tarafından sunulur. Reklamları göstermek, ölçmek ve dolandırıcılığı önlemek için Google şunları toplayabilir:
- IP adresiniz ve bundan çıkarılan yaklaşık konum;
- cihaz ve uygulama bilgileri (cihaz modeli, iOS sürümü, dil, uygulama sürümü);
- reklam etkileşimleri (gösterilen reklamlar, dokunmalar, tamamlanan ödüllü reklamlar);
- Apple reklam kimliği (IDFA), yalnızca Uygulama İzleme Şeffaflığı penceresinde "İzin Ver"i seçerseniz.
İzleme izni vermezseniz kişiselleştirilmemiş ya da içeriğe dayalı reklamlar görürsünüz. Tercihinizi istediğiniz zaman Ayarlar › Gizlilik ve Güvenlik › İzleme bölümünden değiştirebilirsiniz. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ya da İsviçre'deyseniz, kişiselleştirilmiş reklamlardan önce Google'ın onay formuyla izniniz istenir ve bunu sonradan değiştirebilirsiniz. Reklamsız paketini ya da Başlangıç Paketi'ni satın almak banner reklamları kaldırır ve ödülleri reklam izlemeden almanızı sağlar.
5. Yapmadıklarımız
- Kişisel bilgilerinizi satmayız.
- Kendi analitik sistemimizi çalıştırmaz, hakkınızda profil oluşturmayız.
- Verileri yukarıda adı geçen hizmetler ve Apple dışında kimseyle paylaşmayız.
6. Çocuklar
NetKafe her yaşa uygundur ancak özellikle 13 yaşından (ya da ülkenizdeki eşdeğer asgari yaştan) küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir. Çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamayız. Ebeveyn ya da vasiyseniz ve çocuğunuzun verilerinin işlendiğini düşünüyorsanız bize yazın; yukarıdaki üçüncü taraflara yapılacak başvurular dahil yardımcı oluruz.
7. Hukuki dayanak ve haklarınız
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK), GDPR ya da UK GDPR'ın uygulandığı durumlarda veriler; sizinle yaptığımız sözleşmenin ifası (satın almaların sağlanması), oyunu çalıştırma ve güvenliğini sağlama konusundaki meşru menfaatimiz ve kişiselleştirilmiş reklamlar için açık rızanız temelinde işlenir. Bulunduğunuz yere göre verilerinize erişme, düzeltilmesini, silinmesini isteme, işlenmesine itiraz etme, rızanızı geri çekme ve veri koruma kurumuna şikâyette bulunma haklarınız olabilir. Verilerinizi kendimiz tutmadığımız için RevenueCat ve Google'a yapılacak başvurularınızı iletir ya da bu konuda yardımcı oluruz.
8. Saklama ve güvenlik
Cihazdaki veriler uygulamayı silene kadar kalır. RevenueCat ve Google verileri yukarıda bağlantısı verilen kendi politikalarına göre saklar. Bu hizmetlere giden veriler şifreli bağlantılar üzerinden iletilir.
9. Değişiklikler
Bu politika değişirse bu sayfayı ve yukarıdaki yürürlük tarihini güncelleriz. Önemli değişiklikler uygulamanın güncelleme notlarında da belirtilir.
